Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing various areas of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
