It's difficult for Australia to set fresh records.

The highest peaks have been successfully scaled.

This is the squad that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, plus another six T20 titles, and earlier maintained nearly four years unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The remaining milestones, targeted by the record chasers, are what's still available for a squad that has accomplished all there is.

That it took as late as Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase above 300, regaining their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, frankly, a testament to the bowlers that have sported the yellow jersey over the last half-century.

It is hard for their hitters to hold a record if never given the chance.

Once she was out the team required another 66 at a run-a-ball - a manageable total now needing a comfortable finish.

"To chase 330 is uncharted waters so I'm happy we have the belief to do that now," added Healy.

"Ideally we won't need to do it again but, should it happen, we believe we can achieve it."

These statements will be the last Australia's opponents at this championship need to hear.

In recent days a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has grown stronger - this success coming after success over Pakistan by 107-run victory despite being 76-7 at one stage.

Next Australia play Bangladesh before an encounter with traditional opponents England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a last-four spot may probably be guaranteed.
